Hi, I have been reading save our sleep but TizzyHall. She adds with a routine that you should express milk for when baby has a growth spurt as your breast milk may not come in faster then when baby was younger. Is this true. I thought just breast feeding baby your breast adjusts to it and produce more milk. I guess if your producing too much then you should express. Maybe with a routine its not demand feeding so you will go three hours without feeding baby. Maybe i answered my own question. plus everyone is different.
